Guess what showed up on my credit card today? :shocked:
I’m so HEATED, I cant even contain myself.:pissed:

I called the company again *since i havent heard from the owner since that day*…I spoke with one of his flunkies, who told me that theyd “Call him right now, I mean…tell him when he gets here”. SMH. My response? “Get your story straight. And let him know that I’ve already started my complaint with the BBB, and that I’ll be calling my card company once the payment clears so that I can dispute it. It would behoove him to call me back right away. *Click*”

A few minutes later *like i knew he would once he heard BBB*, DANNY FROM REGAL CARPET calls me and tells me that they havent charged my card yet; BS, because i already called WAMU and verified.
He tells me “No, the guy’s explaination doesnt make sense, but he went out of his way to go there the next day”. BS: He could have done the work he did the second day…THE FIRST DAY. He just wanted to be able to charge more.
He tells me “well, like i said…im only going to charge you $100 for the work. It takes 30 seconds to make the change”. BS: I was quoted $90.00 for the work originally.
When I asked him why it’s $10.00 more? He said “Because the guy was courteous to come back the next day”. BS: COURTEOUS??? You’ve GOT to be kidding me.
SMH. In doing my research I’ve found that this company has had 6 other claims against them through the BBB, check it out. I should have researched them before…but who woulda thought that they would have been so SHADY!

In my quest to rate them poorly on EVERY WEBSEARCH SERVICE I could find *f0ck em. they shouldnt have charged my card.*, I also found out even MORE information.Their Location Info

After calling WAMU, and filing the claim with BBB…I think I’m just OVER this whole situation. There are a lot of things that I would change. :uhh:

1) I would have walked away when that guy walked in and tried to tell me it would be more than was quoted over the phone. I could have easily called someone else and saved myself the stress and drama.

2) I would have gone with Good ol’ Stanley Steamer. Sometimes tryna save a few bucks ends up costing you WAY more in the end.

3) Look at the contract more carefully. I really didnt notice the $140.00 instead of $90.00 or the fact that he neglected to put “Truck Mounted”…or the fact that he put 3 bedrooms instead of Living Room, and Dining Room. :shocked:

Tell everyone you know…DONT F0CK WITH REGAL CARPET IN CANOGA PARK, CA. They’ll do ya dirty! And they should NOT be allowed to treat people that way.

I still havent been able to get in contact with Lael. It’s times like these where she’d listen and tell me everything will be alright. Or we’d go driving and end up at the beach and just sit there and talk…she’s one of my best friends. I gotta figure out how to find her.
I registered for classes for Summer 06. I’ll be in class 3 days a week. I’m stepping things up because I know we’ve set these BIG goals. Church helps. :pray:

We bought our tickets for our next mini-vaca this past weekend. Seattle Mariners game in July…good tickets too. I’ll make sure to take a lot of pictures. :camera:
I opened a Sharebuilder account under the supervision of a classmate who trades stocks for a living.
I stood in line at WAMU and opened another Savings Account. You can never save too much.

I received a photo of my second cousin kaila today. She’s the cutest. :tearsjoy:

We’re supposed to be getting our leather couches today…:woohoo:…so i need to clean…:bitch:…how is that for a mix of emotions. :blush:

I filed my taxes today too. I owe the government money. :pissed: Damn them. :bitch: Damn Bush. Damn Condomlisa. :sick: Damn em all to hell. :wtf: No one ever said being in business for yourself would be cheap.

Anyhow…that’s it for the rundown. I think i’ll post some photos in a few weeks. We’ll see. :shocked:

After 10 years of banking with Bank of America, holding two business accounts and one personal ……I’M DONE! These punks lack in customer service, and supercede in unnecessary charges….do you KNOW, i went to the teller three times in one day and they had the nerve to charge me $3.00 each time?

If you’re using Bank of America, RUN like the wind…..It’s the BEST thing you can do. When i went into the branch to close all of my accounts yesterday, they had the nerve to ask me why after many years i was closing accounts…. My response?

Your customer service is shotty.
Your fees are outrageous.
And since i’ve been sitting here, we’ve been interrupted three times by your HOMIES who have come to visit YOU at work.
Now you tell me: If you were me, wouldnt you be a little concerned as to who is on the other end that you CANT see, playing in your bank account everytime you call in?

Besides….WAMU is where it’s at…..and their colors…..they’re just BETTER. lol….anyhow, that’s how i spent my afternoon yesterday…..

so ummmm….the lady downstairs, has two cats, and is INSANE. It started last Saturday *as far as i know*……her and another lady were aruging about someone who had an unfortunate incident….and how it was the person’s fault for being put in that situation and this and that….the argument ended with each one of them calling eachother Bitches and the crazy lady downstairs walking back towards her apartment sayin, “Bitch you better pay me cause i’m gonna see you in court.” *sidenote: these ladies arent black. In fact, there’s only a few of US in the complex* That night she was yelling at the top of her lungs at someone named Jimmy…..I just thought that ish was hilarious. I was sitting at my CPU and i told incog to come listen and it seemed like everytime i told him to come listen, she would be real quiet… I was HOT…cause by then, he thought i was nuts and over reacting about her and her yelling sprees …..

So then yesterday, i checked my messages while i was at work and there’s a message from incog.

Incog’s Message

“DUDE….the lady downstairs is crazy. When i first walked past her she was looking for her cat and asked me if i saw him. I said ‘No’, but she said, ‘His name is Jimmy’. And i was like whatever……But then when i was leaving, i walked passed her again and she said, ‘Dont fuck with me. I’m about to kill myself’. And i said, ‘okay’.

At this point, i proceeded to fall out of my chair at work……:lol::lol::lol::lol: Luckily, i was the only one there at the time. I TOLD him she was nuts….so i figured that the person she had been yelling at the whole time was Jimmy the CAT, and that nukka prolly ran away because she was yelling at him…lol. Shute, I dont blame him. :thumbsup: The cat had the right idea. *light bulb smiley*

Last night, GUESS WHO COOKED PORKCHOPS! ME! I actually cooked! WOO HOO! *just had to document this day*….lol
