Back on the Grind
I’m back in the office again…
I got used to the idea of being at home again…and it scared me a little.
When I’m at home, I can work, but I can’t work as efficiently as I can when I’m at work.
Something about TLC and Bravo. *scowl*
In any case, I have a lot of boxes and stuff here that I need to sort through and need to either donate or sell. It’s great stuff…I just don’t want it to be here…crowding my space.
I decided with the price of gas going up…not to invest in the personal trainer.
Instead, I’m investing in FreeTrainers.com. One of my main issues is that my body becomes complacent with routines. With the FreeTrainer.com account, it will structure exercises that are different every day…and provide an image example of how to do the exercise. Yay. That’s pretty much what I needed.
So, I woke up at 5:45 this morning…and hit the gym.
When I walked in, there was an elderly lady in there. And she looked at me all smiling and said, “Good for you!”…
And I didnt really know if I was supposed to say something smart back…or just smile.
God was with me… I just smiled.
After my workout, I made some scrambled eggs *no salt or pepper*, a small bowl of cereal, and a glass of orange juice.
it’s back on the grind…in all aspects.

Good for you! I’m trying to become a morning person. Was it hard waking up that early?

Who eats eggs with no salt OR pepper? You might as well throw some dirt in the skillet and heat that up….I’m sure it taste just the same. I’m guessing!

i just barely got a hold on waking up that early to pray and then i STILL promptly go back to sleep. i don’t think there’s any way i’d be able to get up and actually do something more physical! so yeah, definitely good for you!

I went to the gym twice this week. I’m happy that you’re trying different things to keep your body guessing. I hope you’ve been doing well. I miss you, dear. And even though gas is ridiculous, I’ll make sure to get out there soon. Good luck keeping up the work out regiment! You know you’re always in my prayers
