The Great Retreat

May 27th, 2008

I’ve kind of retreated a little bit this past weekend…and it seems to be just what I needed.

My main focus for the last few days has been focusing on me…and what I want and need and where I need to be.

Part of my rehab was purchasing a few items for myself…

I ditched my tongue ring…or I guess you could say that I swapped it for something else more…permanent.

I think that’s it for this week…more exercise and water. One step at a time.

We took J to see …it was really good. I purchased over the weekend. Love that movie.

We found a new build-your-own frozen yogurt place across the street from Church. It’ll be the hotness once they get their credit card machine together. Think Pinkberry…but…better.

I hope that you all had a blessed weekend.

That Black Vanilla Leave-In Conditioner smells sooooo good, but for some reason their products just don’t work for me. That was prob the most tangled I’ve seen my hair *sigh* I really wanted to like it too. Hair Milk sounds yummy tho!

What did you ditch your tongue ring for? Inquiring minds want to know.
