How about, this is all I feel like doing right now.
In my pursuit of getting and being healthier, I’ve decided that going to bed “on time” is going to be the thing. mmmm. We’ll see how that actually works out.
I’m watching the Real Housewives of Orange County. I love this show for some reason. Any one else as hooked as me? ha ha!
Laurie, her fiance, and the kids are actually in an RV going camping and what not. I’ve never been RVing or Camping for that matter. I remember my cousins would go when we were younger, and my mom was always afraid to send me out into the wilderness with them. lol But I think Costa Rica was actually more of an adventure than camping…we went hiking and what not. Come to think of it, I think Incog and I are going to be doing a 3 hour hike with my BootCamp group at the end of January. I hope that goes well…lol
Alright, time to hit the bed. Bentley’s starting to give me that look.

Looks great Court. By the way, did you know I am using your WP template? I changed it 3 weeks ago or so. A lot of people like it. It definitely looks better with a design by CrushLabs.

I’m hooked, I love your designs and the Housewives are it! I never got into Desperate Housewives so I feel this makes up for that. I missed that episode and can’t wait to see it. I wish Jo would come back though, she was instant drama in a can.

LOL… What’s up with you and the Mai Tai’s? (They are goooood tho)
Uuummm… I was just reading this article in a health magazine that said that getting enough sleep is important in keeping the weight off. They said that when you don’t get enough sleep, there is an increase in the hormone that makes you want to eat and a decrease in the hormone that tells your body that you’re full. So pretty much, you eat and eat and it takes longer to feel full. LOL
As usual… 8 hrs is the recommended amount of sleep.
