Not sure how many days, but I know it’s been a WHILE since my last post. Let’s see…Christal’s birthday was the 18th, and I posted two days after that making it the 20th, and today is the 28th, so…8 days, huh. :uhh:

I guess I’m at a point where…”I dont know” seems to be the magic phrase. Sometimes I wonder what keeps me pushing. I got a lot on my shoulders. You ever just wanted to stop and say….”I WANT OFF”! or even just stay in bed and pull the covers up and just pray that the next day you’ll actually WANT to get up? :surprised:

I found this old picture when I was browsing the computer last night. What’s weird is that I remember that day. It was a very cool day, and I was about to get ready to chill at home. I was always one to find joy in relaxing. Never really wanting to go out TOO much. I hated LA. It was so BLAH to me…I couldnt wait to move. I used to lay on my bed and watch old TV shows. A typical Saturday for me was actually just sleeping and watching tv throughout the day. That for me was enough.

Where am I going with this…

Right now, I wish a lot of things. I wish a lot of things would happen. I wish a lot of things would just BE. I’m starting to grow closer to God, and it’s almost scary because I’m CATCHING myself before I do something, or say something. When you ask for God’s guidance, he really DOES guide you. I just hope that what I want, and what I wish, will somehow come to fruitation. Better yet, I hope that what I want and what I wish, will be God’s will. :pray:

New Hairstyle and a Manicure…

Mine started friday afternoon. Christal braided my hair and then we went and got manicures and pedicures.
We were supposed to go to Gauthier Total Spa, but they were booked and didnt have room for two more. So we made do…It was her birthday, so it was pretty much up to her what she wanted to do. Happy Birthday Christal! BFFL!

Saturday Brunch

Incog and I spent Saturday chillin for the most part. We left for my mom’s house really early. We went to the Camarillo Outlets for a while. I bought some new Nike shoes, and few things from Guess. After, we went to my mom’s and took her to BJ’s for lunch. After that, we stopped at my grandmother’s on the way back to my mom’s house. We rented movies and chilled Saturday night…

Snowboarding Adventure

This morning, we woke up and went to church. I made us late. After church, we came back home and watched tv for a while, before we headed out to MT. High to go snowboarding. There were SOOOOO many people there, it was crazy. :thumbsdown: We got there at 5, but it tooks us about 2 hours to actually make it to the top of the mountain and park. Then once we parked, we walked the rest of the way. We decided to stand in line to see if we could get rentals, before we paid, because we knew there were so many people there. We were told that we had to pay for the rentals before we could stand in the line. :uhh: So, I stood in line, while Incog went and paid for everything. When he got back to me, I had only moved about 3 feet. :wtf:

About an hour later, we were at the front of the rental line, and we got our boots…but when we turned the corner to go get our snowboards, we realized that we had to stand in line AGAIN for snowboards. :shocked: I was COOL. Incog went to track down a manager to find out if we could get a refund. And 1 hour later, we were walking back to Lexi. It just didnt seem right that we planned to get there early (5) so that we could snowboard all evening, but that we’d only be able to snowboard for a good hour before we had to go home. Why pay the money?? What an adventure! :wtf:

Anyhow, that was my valentine’s present. Also, on Saturday, we went to Ikea to get another dresser. My clothes have been finding their way to the floor since my first dresser became full. :uhh: So, while Incog put the dresser together, I went through all the clothes that I had, and bagged some of the old ones for donation. I now have two dressers…not overflowing…and nothing on the floor. Go me. :thumbsup: And Go Incog for being handy with the screwdriver and hammer. :thumbsup:

I’ll post the photos from the photo meme a little later this week, once i get the photos together. I added voting to posts this weekend, but took it down once i realized that people were voting and not even commenting, :shocked: which kinda sucked the fun out of it. :loser: I wish there was a way that only those who commented could vote.

Welp…that pretty much made my weekend. What’d you guys do??

that was my weekend in a nutshell…OH and I had a free moment so I decided to put together my first blend.
I’ve never done a Photoshop Blend before, but I figured….WHY NOT?

SIDENOTE: IF ANYONE NEEDS A DOMAIN NAME OR HOSTING, LET ME KNOW (IM CHEAP)!

It sucks, but it’s MY suckage. Hopefully, I’ll get better…lol. You know I’m more of a “clean” designer.

In any case, the tinting went okay. Afterwards, we came home and watched RADIO since I had to watch it for a paper. Then, Sunday morning, we went to Church. :dance: And after Church, we came home, switched cars, and took Lexi to get a Professional wash. She needed it.

The Steelers won the superbowl. I was rooting for Troy, one of my favorite USC Alums. :dance:

Welp, I wrote my first essay for grad school. But once i was done, i realized that I wasnt sure how long it was supposed to be, so I emailed my professor and asked her and she said that it only had to be 2 pages. :pissed: I told her that I kind of over did it, and she said that it was okay.

In class yesterday, Monday, I switched professors. *sigh* They needed 16 people to switch professors (same course, same syllabus, different professor, different syllabus). So I and a few others decided to switch, which was good because now I have Wireless Internet in the new classroom. lol

I didnt really have much to say tonight. Incog and I are taking our cars to get them tinted tomorrow. He purchased an Acura CL S-Type (white). He’s been dying to get one for a while now, and I’m so happy that he was able to find it with everything you wanted in it. So now that we both have new cars, we’re going to get them treated to a first class window tinting. *giggle*

I’ve gotten two of the books I ordered already. I wasnt expecting to get anything until at least Monday, which makes me happy; especially since the book that’s most important arrived first. I was able to finish up the first reading which was due the first day of class. I wasnt able to do the reading since I didnt know that I would be taking the course, and therefore, didnt have the book. But now that I have it, I’ve done the reading for last week and this week already. :curtsey:

Bally’s cancelled my membership as of the 12th of this month. I still had to pay cancellation fees for this month, $14.00, but it’s all gravy! :thumbsup: Thanks to Lonny who helped me out with the Chiropractor Letter.

My second night/new class was/is very cool. The course is Human Resources Management and my professor is a mystic. It was so crazy to hear about all the places she has been and to hear her long list of credentials, including a part time position at USC’s Public Administration Department. Towards the end of the course, we took our FIR0-B Surveys, and it felt like my palm was being read. NOW, I dont believe in that stuff, and I think my mom would have some type of spaz attack if she found out if I did, but that’s what it FELT like. My FIRo-B revealed that I’m a “Rebel”. Meaning, within an organization, I’m one to be very quiet. Even if the building is burning down, and I have the secret key code, I’d probably keep it to myself. A “Rebel” is one to go with the flow, doesnt necessarily like to be in control, and once directed, will do what needs to be done. NOW…we are supposed to watch ourselves to see if we fit our survey scores. I’ve been watching, and so far…I do. Very WEIRD. :surprised:

Anyhow, I’m excited about my classes and the doors that they will open. I’m NOT excited about getting home at 10 at night, but I figure, it’s only for 2 nights a week and the classes are only 8 weeks, so I can handle it. But the book issue: WHY does CSUN feel the need to run out of all the books that I need? lol So I had to amazon.com all the books like I did at USC. And of course, they were much cheaper; a blessing in disguise. :pray:

We’ve finally finished moving into the new office. It takes me about 15-20 minutes to get to work now (2 streets). :surprised: yay me.
