This morning hasnt been so bad. I got to work on time, and pretty soon, I will be doing my water and yogurt run. I’ve decided that the only way I’m going to lose weight is to be pro-active in this whole thing. I gotta eat on time, and actually make sure I dont OVER eat. I doubt you’ll be seeing any new pictures of me unless they’re Thanksgiving or Christmas photos which I ritually take every year.

I also think I’m going to head back to that Bally’s which I’ve been dreading due to the trainer that I had…*if you dont know, long story*. It’s a tragedy when you have to find alternative means to work out because you dont want to be harassed when you do.

So far this morning, I’ve had to reschedule one meeting…which is okay, because I really wasnt in the “meeting” mood anyways. :thumbsup:
