Oh sweet Jesus….HAPPY EASTER EVERYBODY! Hope everyone is having a Blessed day….

I woke up around 8am this morning as usual for a Sunday…ready to start my workout series. And boy….oh boy, did i do just that. I did 15 on the bike, 15 on the stairs, and 30 on the precor….and now my ass is doing some serious crying. But, all i can think about was the fact that i came back to a towel and washcloth waiting for me in the bathroom *without me even asking*. :heartbeat: *sigh*……made the running and the hurting worthwhile.

Anyhow, i put the new g-shock watch to work. I got it as a Christmas present from you know who, but I’ve only worn it for outfit matching….I hadnt had a chance to use the timer and the workout features that i had nearly begged for. Outfitted in a fashion emergency get-up…black bandana and do-rag, ecko shirt, nike shorts and socks, and adidas shoes compliments of PT, along with my G-shock ….i had to be the best dressed at the gym. And i MUST say, I’ve never seen an old white guy *50s* wearing a do-rag before…..tails down. But let me not talk…see, i’m just beginning to get back to it…he seemed to have some years on me….in more ways than one. But, i like this Bally’s…..it’s more….quiet…less people…. The Bally’s that i orginally obtained my membership from *Hollywood*, is the one that I’ll be going to on the weekdays *6am-7am*…hopefully it will be just as slow as Northridge was today.

Working out always makes me miss Volleyball….as Captain, there was no way that i could be anything short of tight. I must say, i looked pretty darn good in those spandex…:shhh:…so the mission is to get back to it…we’ll see what happens.

Yesterday, me and incog took Abner to get his windows tinted again….I’m pretty glad i did….it looks good this time since i matched the back windows. Just hope i dont get pulled over. While Abner was under the knife *literally*, we went exploring Ventura Blvd in Northridge….there was all sorts of little shops….we took a ton of pictures, so I will have those up tomorrow evening probably.
